Terms and conditions

Last updated: June 23, 2026

These terms govern the use of BoostLobby (the “Platform”). By creating an account or using the service you accept these conditions.

1. What BoostLobby is

BoostLobby is a marketplace that connects game server owners (“Owners”) with players (“Players”) who receive rewards for taking part in activity campaigns.

BoostLobby acts as an intermediary and provider of the verification, escrow and reputation technology; it is not a party to the in-game relationship between Owners and Players.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for the activity on your account.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, commit fraud or put the community at risk.

3. Campaigns and credits

Owners publish campaigns and lock their budget in credits (“BoostCredits”) through an escrow system.

Credits are released to the Player only when the campaign requirements are verified. Invalid participations generate no payment and the funds are returned to the Owner.

BoostCredits are an internal unit of the Platform and do not constitute electronic money.

4. Fees and payments

BoostLobby applies a per-transaction fee on the rewards paid, shown before you confirm.

Credit purchases and payments are processed through Stripe. Player withdrawals are made via Stripe Connect and may require identity verification (KYC).

5. Conduct and anti-fraud

The use of bots, multi-accounting, verification tampering or any form of fraud is prohibited.

We apply anti-fraud measures (in-game verification, device fingerprinting, IP, reputation) and may withhold payments or sanction accounts in case of suspicious activity.

6. Liability

The Platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific growth results or the conduct of third parties.

To the extent permitted by law, BoostLobby will not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you of substantial changes and the current version will always be available on this page.
