Account data: username, email and credentials (the password is stored encrypted).

Usage data: campaigns, participations, ratings and credits.

Anti-fraud data: IP address and device fingerprint, used to detect multi-accounting and abuse.

Payment data: handled by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.

2. How we use your data

To provide the service (campaigns, verification, payments and reputation).

To prevent fraud and protect the community.

To send you relevant notifications about your activity.

3. Retention

We keep account data while the account is active.

Anti-fraud data (IP and device fingerprint) is automatically purged after a limited period (90 days by default), since it is only needed within a recent window.

4. Third parties

We use providers such as Stripe (payments), Resend (email) and infrastructure services. They only receive what is necessary to provide the service.

5. Your rights

You can access, rectify or delete your data, as well as object to or restrict its processing.
