Yes, both share the in-game presence verification system, so activity is checked automatically.
Can I request a specific roleplay style?+
Yes. In the campaign you describe the requirements (stay in character, attend an event, etc.) and the player must meet them to get paid.
What if a player doesn't comply?+
They don't get paid and their reputation drops. Escrow funds are not released for invalid participations.
